Voluminous flower to say the least. The petals are ripped from the stem and used in salads, etc.

Pansy

Pansies have a slightly grassy, mild, fresh taste, with a hint of mint. So they work well in herb-flavored cocktails, fruit salads, and even desserts. They vary in flavor depending on the type of pansy. Beautiful as well as delicious!
