The Microgreens 

Our microgreens are vibrant, fresh, and grown all year round. 

We grow them in 10" by 20" trays indoors using organic soil and organic non-GMO seeds. We know how important it is to have your order delivered when you need it.

Red Garnet Amaranth

Lead Time ~ 20 Days

This rosy-colored leaf has an earthy and sweet flavor. Incidentally, it is mostly admired for its high-levels of protein.

It can be used for contrast and even used in desserts like ice-cream!

Genovese-Green Basil

Lead Time ~30 Days

The basil flavor is so intense you wouldn't believe it! The plant itself is very delicate and grows no more than about an inch as a microgreen. Great as a small garnish as it packs a delightfully potent punch of a flavor.

Bulls Blood Beets

Lead Time ~25 Days

Deep green with vibrant red-purple stem, strong hearty sweet flavor.

Wasabi Mustard

Lead Time ~10 Days

 A bold mustard flavor, spicy.

Red Tatsoi Mustard

Lead TIme ~20 Days

Also known as  Spoon Mustard. Sweet flavor with a mustard taste. Green leaves with a touch of reddish-purple.

Purple Stem Radish

Lead Time ~ 7 Days

Spicy flavor, beautiful colors. Purple stems and green leaves.

Celery

Lead Time ~25 Days

It has a fine, lace-like texture. It contains an intense flavor of celery.

Buckwheat

Lead Time ~ 10 Days 

Crunchy, fresh, & subtle flavor.

Nasturtium

Lead Time ~ 10 Days

 Mix Nasturtium is a  microgreen with wavy, lily pad-like green foliage and a mix of green and pink stems. It is beautiful and spicy with an acidic flavor. Its flower is also edible!

Arugula

Lead Time ~10 Days

It tastes just like arugula, just in miniature form. The leaf is great for salads and elegant garnishes.

Dark Opal-Purple Basil 

Lead Time ~30 Days

Similar to Genovese basil, very intense basil flavor, only it's purple! Great for recipes for fresh and colorful additions.

Red Acre Cabbage 

Lead Time ~10-12 Days

Deep green tops with vibrant red-purple stem, strong cabbage flavor.

Red Barbarossa Mustard 

Lead Time~12-16 Days

Deep red, purple and green stem, mild mustard flavor.

White Sweet Spanish Onion

Lead TIme ~21 Days

Diakon Green Radish 

Lead Time ~7 Days

Spicy, fresh, crunchy; perfect for sandwiches or salads

Sunflower Black Oil

Lead Time ~ 10 Days

They are large, crunchy greens and have a pleasant nutty flavor; great for salads or sandwiches.

Shiso Purple

Lead Time ~ 40 Days

Shiso is also known as Perilla or Beefsteak plant.

The flavor is somewhere between mint and basil with hints of anise and cinnamon.

Basic Salad Mix 

Lead Time ~ 10 Days

This mix has a variety of microgreens. From broccoli, kale, kohlrabi, arugula and red acre cabbage. Great for sandwiches and salads.

Sweet, hearty flavor, beautiful red, and green tones.

Peas

Lead Time ~ 8-10 Days

Crunchy with a mild flavor; not too sweet. Fresh, perfect for sandwiches or pesto.

Rambo Purple Radish

Lead Time ~7 Days

This type of radish is well known for its less spicy yet pungent radish flavor, not to mention the colorful appearance it can bring to dishes!

Ruby Red Swiss Chard

Lead Time ~25 Days

Strong, earthy, sweet.

Red Veined Sorrel

Lead Time ~ 40 Days 

Tangy-acid flavor. Used as a potherb in soups, salads, or fish. High in vitamin C.
